About Proplio
Proplio is a Nottingham property maintenance and refurbishment business for landlords and letting agents, set up by Ed to offer the kind of service he always wanted when he was the one managing the property.
Meet the founder
I've been around property from a young age, and I've spent my career working with it from more than one side.
As a property manager, I was the one chasing contractors, explaining delays to landlords and keeping tenants in the loop. As a commercial agency surveyor, I saw how much a property's condition affects how quickly it lets and what it's worth.
I've also always liked being on the tools, and I still am. I get hands-on and do a lot of the work myself, so I know exactly what needs doing and how long it really takes. Over the years I've worked on a number of refurbishments, from refreshes between tenancies to full property refurbs.
Proplio brings those two sides together: someone who understands what landlords and agents need, backed by a team that can actually do the work.
